Frequently asked questions

Common questions from technical buyers

What is pregelatinized tapioca starch?

It is tapioca starch that has already been cooked and dried, so it dissolves and thickens in cold water without any further heating. This removes a cooking stage from the customer's process.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Standard commercial orders start at one pallet for trials and a full container for production supply.

How is the product packed?

25kg multi-wall paper sacks, 50kg PP bags, or 500kg and 1000kg jumbo bags, all metal-detected and labelled with a traceable batch code.

What documentation is supplied?

Every shipment includes a technical data sheet, certificate of analysis, MSDS and the relevant ISO and KOSHER certificates, plus full export documentation.

What is the shelf life and storage requirement?

Twenty-four months from production when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours, in unopened original packaging.

Can you develop a grade for our process?

Yes. We take a written performance brief, run pilot batches, validate the results with you, and lock the specification once you approve the outcome.
