Our story
From regional supplier to global exporter
PREGEL WORLD began by supplying native tapioca starch to paper and textile mills in Southeast Asia. Customers kept asking for a grade that would perform without a cooking stage, and pregelatinized starch became the core of the business.
Today the company operates a closed stainless steel production line with its own laboratory, exports to more than thirty countries and maintains an office in India supporting paper and textile customers across South Asia.
The commitment has not changed: engineer the grade to the customer's process, prove it in the laboratory, and document it on every shipment.
